*Memberships can be terminated providing 7 days notice – simply email [email protected] to request termination. Minimum 3 month contract. Unused scans don’t roll over, this is simply a fee for access to services. Memberships can not be shared. Membership commences upon signing up to Direct Debit. Membership means a continual payment commitment taken monthly until a member provides notice of cancellation. The Body for Life clinic reserves the right to make changes to the membership conditions with fair notice.
